We will evaluate your compliance to HSE ACoP L8 2013 and HSG 274 Parts 1-3. For healthcare facilities we will also evaluate where you stand against HTM04-01 2016.
All sites where the Health and Safety at Work Act, Management of Health and Safety at Work Act, Control of Substances Hazardous to Health (COSHH) are applicable will require a Risk Assessment and Managed Control Scheme to control the risk of legionnaires disease, scalding and other water borne pathogens. If you take water from a bore hole or similar then you will need to comply with the Private Water Supply Regulations.
We understand that it is difficult for clients to understand all that they need to do and a site survey will allow us to apply our expertise, look at where you are with compliance and make further appropriate recommendations.
You are under no obligation to accept any of our recommendations but we will give you a snapshot of how compliant and safe you are and what action you should take.
One of our experts will come to your site (mainland UK within 200 miles of our head office) and spend up to 4 hours with you to evaluate your risk assessment, control scheme and monitoring records. All we ask is that you make the necessary staff available with the system knowledge to enable you to get as much from the visit as possible. At the end of the visit our expert will give you a written report summarising the findings, level of compliance and further action required. You have no further obligation.
